The Ministry of Commerce announced that the
toll-free number (1900) is the unified number for all services provided to the business and consumer sectors, and the ministry's customers can complete all their transactions through it.
The ministry expressed its keenness and interest in following up the incoming calls to the unified call center, directing them, and working to address them immediately, and taking the necessary measures regarding them in record time, after the ministry canceled the business sector phone (920000667) with the aim of providing all its services on the free phone 1900.
The unified call center of the Ministry of Commerce receives inquiries and provides services to the business sector related to the issuance, reservation and renewal of commercial records, and processing requirements for establishing companies, commercial agencies, trade names, liberal professions, and others.
It also receives reports of commercial violations, reports of fraud, commercial concealment and all matters related to consumer protection.
It is noteworthy that 97% of the services of the Ministry of Commerce are provided electronically via the link without the need to visit customer service branches, or contact the unified center.
